Happy Monday, Everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend and soaked up some sunshine. While on LinkedIn this morning I read an article that really made me sit back and think. The main concept of the article was to ask yourself 6 questions that would eliminate the idea of fear and failure. I will leave the link to the article at the bottom of the post; it really is an interesting read!

The author talks about how your life would be different, and how you would approach your life if you removed the idea of fear. It seems so much easier said than done. To some extent, everyone has a little fear that sometimes hinders one’s ability to leap forward in life at home and at work. These questions really do prove a powerful point that maybe if we take a step back and just ask ourselves these questions we can change our life and eliminate fear a lot easier than we imagined.

I wanted to share my favorite question that the author brought up.

What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?”

This question is so simple yet so powerful. I like the idea of keeping this question in mind and creating a list of 10 things that without fear in the picture I would like to accomplish. After creating the list, analyzing each thing that I wrote and see how I could realistically approach it. Is it possible to complete it despite my fear holding me back? I like to think I can do anything I set my mind to. This article can really help one improve their work life as well. Don’t hold back because of fear. Always try to do your best and make each day the best day yet. If you start each day with a grateful heart, you will accomplish everything you wanted to achieve and then some!

Have a great week and try to live this week and every other week with no fear!
